Greenpeace salut\u0103 decizia PE prin care face un pas \u00eenainte spre o agricultur\u0103 \u0219i un mediu f\u0103r\u0103 OMG-uri.<\/h5>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>[quote align=&#8221;center&#8221; color=&#8221;#999999&#8243;]Votul de ast\u0103zi ar permite \u021b\u0103rilor Europene un drept legal, solid de a interzice cultivarea de\u00a0 OMG pe teritoriul acestora, astfel industria biotehnologiei cu greu va putea s\u0103 atace aceste interziceri \u00een judecat\u0103,<br \/>\n<strong>a declarat Marco Contiero, director de politici agricole<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>al Greenpeace EU.<\/strong>[\/quote]<\/p>\n<p>Prin aceast\u0103 pozi\u021bie, Parlamentul a restabilit dreptul \u021b\u0103rilor de a interzice cultivarea OMG pe fondul \u00eengrijor\u0103rilor cu privire la mediu \u0219i a limitat rolul central pe care mini\u0219trii UE voiau s\u0103 \u00eel ofere companiilor biotehnologice \u00een procesul de interzicere. Parlamentul, Comisia \u0219i guvernele vor \u00eencepe acum negocierile, cu scopul de a finaliza aceast\u0103 nou\u0103 lege \u00een urm\u0103toarele s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni.<br \/>\nPotrivit Greeanpeace, directiva creeaz\u0103 cadru legal care u\u0219ureaz\u0103 procedura prin care statele membre pot interzice culturile modificate genetic \u0219i \u00eengreuneaz\u0103 contestarea deciziilor de interdic\u021bie din partea produc\u0103torilor de OMG. Statele membre au avut \u0219i p\u00e2n\u0103 acum posibilitatea de a interzice cultivarea de plante modificate genetic.<br \/>\n\u00cen prezent, singurul tip de cultur\u0103 modificat\u0103 genetic admis\u0103 pentru cultivare \u00een UE este porumbul MON810. Opt \u021b\u0103ri &#8211; Fran\u021ba, Germania, Luxemburg, Austria, Ungaria, Grecia, Bulgaria \u0219i Polonia &#8211; l-au interzis dup\u0103 ce Comisia European\u0103 l-a autorizat pentru cultivare.
