        "rendered": "<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u201dCIRCULAR 2\u201d a fost primul eveniment din seria de CONFERINTE GREEN REPORT din 2016, organizate in parteneriat cu Ministerul Mediului, Apelor si Padurilor, si al doilea pe tema economiei circulare, dupa CIRCULAR, care a avut loc in septembrie 2015.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u201dCIRCULAR 2\u201d, conferinta-reper pe tema economiei circulare, a avut loc marti, 12 aprilie, la Willbrook Platinum (Soseaua Bucure\u0219ti-Ploie\u0219ti 172-176, Sector 1, Bucuresti).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Cei mai importanti responsabili pe probleme de mediu din Romania si reprezentanti ai autoritatilor europene s-au reunit in cadrul \u201dCIRCULAR 2\u201d, dintre care ii amintim pe Ministrul Mediului, Apelor si Padurilor, Cristiana Pasca-Palmer; presedintele AFM, Jakab Istvan; Associate Director Zero Waste Europe, Mariel Vilella; secretarul de stat al ministerului Mediului, Apelor si Padurilor, Corina Lupu; primarul Targu Lapus (primul oras \u201dzero waste\u201d din Romania), Mitru Lese; presedintele Asociatiei Romane pentru Ambalaje si Mediu, Robert Uzuna; presedintele Asociatiei Nationale pentru Bauturi Racoritoare, Irina Ionescu; directorul general RER si presedintele Camerei de Comert Romano-Germane, Radu Merica; presedintele Environ, Andrei Orban; presedintele CIROM, Mihai Rohan; directorul Marketing RECOLAMP, Roxana Sunica; blogger-ul Ana Morodan; jurnalistul Maria Coman; presedintele Asociatiei Green Revolution, Raluca Fiser.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Participantii la eveniment au avut ocazia sa adreseze intrebari autoritatilor publice centrale si locale si sa afle raspunsuri la chestiuni arzatoare legate de provocarile pe care le presupune tranzitia catre o economie circulara, dar si de sistemul national de gestionare al deseurilor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ministrul Mediului, Cristiana Pasca Palmer, a anuntat in premiera, la \u201dCIRCULAR 2\u201d, ca magazinele zero-waste, in care se vand doar produse vrac sau eco-parcurile, in care sunt colectate, reparate si vandute obiecte vechi, sunt doar doua dintre ideile de antreprenoriat pe care Administratia Fondului\u00a0 pentru Mediu vrea sa le finanteze in cursul acestui an.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Directorul General al Directiei de Dezvoltare Regionala din cadrul Ministerului Dezvotarii Regionale si Administratiei Publice, Diana Tenea, a declarat in cadrul conferintei CIRCULAR 2 ca principalul impediment in calea punerii in practica a unei economii circulare este \u201erezistenta la schimbare\u201d: \u201e<em>Se prefera sa se lucreze cu solutii clasice. Oamenii nu au curajul si garantia ca vor fi bagati in seama.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Conferintele Green Report vin in peisajul conferintelor de business cu o abordare noua si creativa, axata pe rezultate. In acest sens, echipa Green Report schimba \u201estandardul\u201c si aduce cateva abordari diferite: in loc de un prezidiu monoton, schimbarea scenografiei pentru fiecare panel; in loc de prezentari power point, interviuri 1:1; in loc de urmarirea ceasului pana la finalul evenimentului, dinamica si implicarea activa a publicului.<\/p>",
