Tribunalul Bucure\u015fti a dispus \u00eencetarea procesului penal \u00eempotriva liberalului Petru-Constantin Luhan, fost europarlamentar PDL, acuzat c\u0103 \u015fi-a decontat ilegal cheltuieli de transport \u00een valoare de 50.000 de euro pentru deplas\u0103rile c\u0103tre Strasbourg sau Bruxelles, dup\u0103 ce judec\u0103torii au constatat c\u0103 faptele de care este acuzat s-au prescris.<\/p>\n
Petru-Constantin Luhan face parte dintr-o lung\u0103 list\u0103 de oameni trimi\u015fi \u00een judecat\u0103 pentru diverse infrac\u0163iuni care scap\u0103 de acuza\u0163ii ca urmare a aplic\u0103rii unor decizii ale Cur\u0163ii Constitu\u0163ionale privind prescrierea faptelor.<\/p>\n
De men\u0163ionat c\u0103 liberalul a fost trimis \u00een judecat\u0103 de DNA \u00een aprilie 2019, \u00eens\u0103 a fost nevoie de trei ani pentru ca judec\u0103torii de la Tribunalul Bucure\u015fti s\u0103 ajung\u0103 la o concluzie, procesul av\u00e2nd 28 de termene de judecat\u0103.<\/p>\n
Petru-Constantin Luhan a fost acuzat de DNA c\u0103 a folosit \u015fi prezentat cu rea-credin\u0163\u0103 documente false pentru a ob\u0163ine pe nedrept fonduri de la Parlamentul European, infrac\u0163iunea fiind \u00een form\u0103 continuat\u0103.<\/p>\n
Potrivit anchetatorilor, \u00een perioada 17 martie 2010 – 6 martie 2012, Petru-Constantin Luhan, \u00een calitatea de europarlamentar, a depus la Parlamentul European 37 de cereri false prin care a solicitat rambursarea unor cheltuieli de transport \u00een valoare de peste 50.000 de euro.<\/p>\n
“La cererile respective, inculpatul a ata\u015fat mai multe documente justificative (facturi fiscale, chitan\u0163e, bonuri de combustibil) av\u00e2nd acela\u015fi caracter ilicit, prin care s-au supraevaluat costurile unor bilete de avion \u015fi s-au atestat deplas\u0103ri cu autoturismul \u00eentre localitatea de domiciliu a inculpatului \u015fi locul de munc\u0103, \u00een principiu ora\u015fele Strasbourg sau Bruxelles, deplas\u0103ri care, \u00een realitate, erau efectuate cu avionul”, ar\u0103ta DNA.<\/p>\n
Ca urmare a acestor demersuri, Luhan a ob\u0163inut pe nedrept de la Parlamentul European suma 50.368 euro.<\/p>\n
El a fost ales \u00een Parlamentul European \u00een 2009, pe listele PDL. Ulterior, a devenit membru al Partidului Na\u0163ional Liberal, unde a \u00eendeplinit rolul de coordonator al Comisiei pentru fonduri europene \u015fi dezvoltare regional\u0103 din cadrul partidului.
